'Black Keys Project' is a new project from Spanish DJs Sauco and Manuel Costela.
'Black Keys Project' is a new project from Spanish DJs Sauco and Manuel Costela. Sauco (real name Francisco Sauco) is a producer, DJ and promoter from Gran Canaria who effortlesly sprints back and forth from house to disco. The other half of Black Keys Project is Manuel Costela (otherwise known as Oval Future Face) who is a DJ from Madrid in top underground dancefloors like Siroco, Moroder, Sala El Sol and Cafe La Palma.
The release: 'The Black Keys' has two tracks, as Manuel Costela and Sauco offer their individual mixes in turn. The first is the Manuel Costela mix with its laid-back fade-in guitar riff. The blissful and slow synth notes carry the track along through the breezy daytime feel. Contrastingly, Sauco's mix is a heavier, thicker rendition with a pulsing rhythm which gives the tune a late-night atmosphere.
Manuel Costela is currently busy operating his Bucketroom studio and working on new vinyl and digital projects similar to this release with Sauco and others.
