Viks Lander
"Scruples EP"

Victor Verdugo (aka.Viks Lander),was born and raised in Tijuana mexico.
He first started as a guitarrist at 14 years old and at 16 he studied classical guitar
with one of the best guitar teachers in Mexico Martin Santos.After his studies he
started playing in both sides of the border (Tijuana MX./San Diego CA.) with local
bands,the range of music that he played was from rock,reggae,bossanova and funk.
and it wasn't until after a rock gig where he was playing at the age of 20 that His whole
variety of likeness in music introduced him to the house scene when somebody invite
him to an house music after party,once he got there and experience and listen to all the
sounds involving electronic music,the deep sounds,delays etc.,was that he started to
experiment with drum machines and samplers.right now at 34 years old he's djing at
electronic scene bars/clubs and composing/producing deep disco and house tracks
Influence by the space,and old skhool sound,mixing vintage samplers sounds and
old guitars with the technology of todays modern world.
